July 13: Drink Pink at Ela
Hello Pinksters,
This week, we’re back with another Brosé event on Wednesday, July 13th at Ela (627 South 3rd Street). Jason Cichonski’s Queen Village restaurant is a kindred spirit. Each Wednesday, they’ve been hosting “Drink Pink at Ela.“ The Summer of Brosé portion of the evening will run from 6 pm to 8 pm but think about making a night of it!
Ela will be offering rosé flights all night long for $6. A great opportunity to find your perfect rosé wine at a bargain price. And once you find that wine, the 8 or so rosé wines pouring are just $6 to $8 all night long.
Rosé Fact of the Week: Rosé wines are not blush. Blushes are semi-sweet wines like White Zinfandel. Rosé wines are made with red wine grapes like Grenache, Pinot Noir and Tempranillo.
